Local Creators' Exhibition - NoMaps

Since 2017, the Local Creators' Exhibition has promoted the production of media arts in the region of Sapporo by presenting the art pieces of students who work to find creative solutions to various problems with the latest technology. The exhibition provides students with the opportunity to pursue the creation of art and to present their final work. In addition, local creators are invited to provide advice with the aim of cultivating more creative talent.

The final works are exhibited in one of the city’s main underground walkways where they can be encountered by a large number of people passing by. The Local Creators' Exhibition promotes the Creative City initiative and contributes to enhancing the creativity of Sapporo as a whole.
