Receiving medical treatment during NIGHTTIME hours/on SATURDAY AFTERNOONS and HOLIDAYS

Sudden illness at night

Internal medicine, pediatric, ophthalmology, otorhinolaryngology (ear, nose throat specialist)

Visit the Night-Time Emergency Medical Center.
Operating hours: Internal medicine, pediatrics 19:007:00 the following day
Ophthalmology and otorhinolaryngology 19:00-23:00

Psychiatric care

Call the Sapporo Psychiatric Emergency Information Center. Operating hours: weeknights 17:00 – 9:00 the next morning, Saturdays/Sundays/Holidays 9:00 to 9:00 the next morning. In spite of making contact to the center, if a case is determined to be able to wait until the following day there are times individuals will not be admitted for care immediately.

Urgent Dental Service

Please visit the Oral Medical Center. Hours are from 19:00 to 23:00.

Injuries

When seriously injured or in need of urgent medical treatments, contact the hospitals on duty. The Emergency Medical Treatment Information Center, the City of Sapporo website, and the morning paper lists facilities that are designated to ER duty that day.
Operation Hours: 21:00 to 9:00 the following day

Internal medicine, pediatric, obstetrics and gynecology, otorhinolaryngology, ophthalmology, psychiatric consultation

Operation hours: Saturdays 13:00-17:00 (internal medicine, pediatric, obstetrics and gynecology only)
National holidays 9:00-17:00
